  • Account Information: Organization name, administrator email, and registration details.
  • User Information: Names, emails, roles, and profile data entered into the workspace.
  • Usage Data: IP addresses, browser/device metadata, access logs, and platform activity for security and analytics.
  • Billing Information: Payment transaction references via Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers or CVVs).

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and maintain the Platform and its features.
  • To manage authentication, authorization, and workspace access.
  • To process subscriptions, invoices, and billing via Razorpay.
  • To ensure security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • To respond to support requests sent to support@gordianflow.in.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or organizational data to third-party advertisers. We may share data only as necessary with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, backups, or Razorpay for payment processing) under strict confidentiality obligations.

5. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & Security Safeguards

GordianLattice employs strict multi-tenant isolation at the application and database levels. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3/HTTPS) and sensitive records are encrypted at rest.

6. Data Retention & Rights

We retain account information for the duration of your active subscription and as required by applicable Indian tax/audit regulations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal account information by contacting support@gordianflow.in. Upon workspace termination, customer data is purged after a standard 30-day grace recovery period.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain authenticated sessions and UI preferences. We do not use advertising trackers or sell user data.
