1. Nature of Service

GordianLattice is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. No physical goods, products, or merchandise are shipped. All services are delivered digitally via the internet.

100% Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment processing via Razorpay, access is granted electronically to your workspace.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Automatic activation is attempted immediately after successful payment authorization.
  • Workspace credentials/activation confirmation is emailed to the registered administrator email.
  • Most activations complete within minutes of successful payment.

3. Payment Confirmation

Razorpay generates a payment receipt and transaction ID upon successful payment. Please retain the Payment ID/Invoice for reference.

4. Access Issues & Support Assistance

If payment has been debited but workspace is not activated within 1 hour:

  • Check spam/junk folder for email from support@gordianflow.in.
  • Contact support with your Razorpay Payment ID at support@gordianflow.in.
  • Our team will verify and activate manually within 2 business hours.
